Bay Pac is a different kind of beverage company… We produce, import and distribute beverages from around the world that are made with unique, natural, sustainably farmed and, where possible, Fair Trade Certified ingredients. When a consumer purchases one of our brands, they can be assured that they have chosen quality, purity, taste and social responsibility.

Bay Pac believes that our stature as a company is measured equally by the positive contribution we make to the lives of people, communities and the environment, as well as by achieving financial success.

Our stocklist includes a quinoa vodka, a london dry gin, a 5-year oak-barrel aged rum, a coffee liqueur, a goji liqueur, a GMO free French wheat vodka and soon a low gluten beer made with quinoa.

Chris Archibald is a 20 year veteran of the wine and spirits industry. In various roles across all three tiers of the business, he has held positions with Jim Beam, Robert Mondavi, Southern Wine & Spirits, Liquor.com and has managed beverage programs for multiple Los Angeles restaurants. Chris brings a unique skill-set to Bay Pac having worked as a seller, buyer, distributor, marketer and educator and wants to put them to work building a socially responsible set of brands into household names. He also likes college football. And oysters.

Chris holds two degrees from the University of California at Santa Cruz in Economics and Writing and an MBA from the Bordeaux Management School in France with a focus on the global wine and spirits industry.

Greg Bays' primary expertise is with technology and programming. He has operated a consulting firm for over 20 years for large clients such as Netgear and PlayOn. Since joining Bay Pac in 2013, Greg has streamlined many of the behind the scenes operations for Bay Pac.

With an additional background in customer service, (T-Mobile), and logistics (FFE), Greg added FAIR. Brand Ambassador to his resume and started growing the brand in Washington and Oregon. His skill set is quite diverse and he can handle any challenge we throw at him with great aplomb.

Greg was promoted to Bay Pac's Director of Business Development in May of 2015.

Steve is responsible for Bay Pac operations in the Austin, Texas area. He comes to us with a wealth of experience in the spirits business. He was with Seagrams and spent time with several national distributors after Seagrams was sold.

Richard Ward, has specialized in representing and developing high-end luxury alcoholic beverages and in establishing and maintaining a distribution network for these products. Richard is a consummate professional with long standing relationships within the industry.

Richard was Vice President, Divisional Manager of a specialty wine division at Joseph E. Seagram. As someone who has been very actively involved in the alcohol beverage business for the past 30 years, Richard is in an excellent position to assure that FAIR. Spirits will be on the leading edge of the imported spirits category.

In key management positions, Richard was responsible for the early success of several highly visible national brands such as Robert Mondavi Winery, Pierre Ferrand Cognacs & Sierra Nevada Brewery.

Jack Bays has over 35 years experience in the food and beverage industry, specializing in nutraceutical and organic products. He also has extensive brand management experience at prominent corporations and a background in new product development. His corporate experience included Coors Brewing Company, PepsiCo and Sarah Lee Corporation. He finished his corporate career leading Technical Operations for Shasta Beverages.

Jack is an angel investor and serial entrepreneur. His current company, Bay Pac Beverages, develops and markets beverage products internationally in emerging categories, focusing today on FAIR. brand spirits—the first socially responsible line of spirits.

Nina Quasebarth is the Director of Administration at Bay Pac Beverages. She has been with Bay Pac since September 2013 and is based in San Francisco. Her primary responsibilities include supporting the national sales team, marketing and brand development.

Nina has been able to adapt to a variety of challenging scenarios. Most recently, she'd pulled double duties as the Account Manager for Northern California on top of her administration tasks.

She previously worked in Investor Relations at Keiretsu Forum and graduated from San Francisco State University.

Rob entered into the beverage industry almost right after he turned 21 and worked with boutique brands and wholesalers.

He is involved with the USBG (United States Bartenders Guild) and his pedigree includes completing the bar smarts wired and advanced programs, Southern wine and spirits Academy of Spirits and Fine service, Certified beer server, Spirits professional and the Gin Genius program.
